Well I visited the LBS that carries Giant today. The owner was there and he immediately went into his office and called Giant. They shipped off a brand new wheel immediately! Might even have it by Thursday. I thought they would just send a hub and then I would have to pay to get it mated to the wheel.
The owner was very nice about it. And the kicker is, I didn't even buy the bike from him. Although I did try. I made 3 trips, (30+ miles) to his shop last year but he didn't have one and couldn't order one because Giant was out of them already.
I know who'll be getting my business in the future! :)
