Winter Cycling - Keeping my bike on back covered deck for winter...Need excellent cover..? Maintenance

Going to try and bike as much as i can this winter to class..I'm not very big, and keeping it on deck is most convenient, covered deck.
But need a nice complete bike cover for snow and rain...

Also, is there any special maintenance i should do prior to winter?

any good ideas?

Make sure you don't get water inside the frame. Water has a way of sneaking into a frame through holes at the fork ends and though the seat post and other mysterious ways. If it collects at the bottom bracket it can burst the chainstay when it freezes.
