if ur trying to practice new easy tricks just do 'em on your back first to get the hang of them...it saves u a couple bruises in the end

lay on your back and lift the bike up in the air as if u were riding it and u can practice barspins and no/1 handers/footers and tailwhips and possibly other stuff (tailwhips r hard)
Plus its fun and good for a rainy day when u cant ride

It is pretty fun and people laugh at you when you do it on the sidewalk in the city. Try tailwhips laying down, now thats face smashing fun. :)

back trikking is fun tho..only when it rains and your inside though
