Yes, just me :-) European, living everywhere and nowhere. Currently in the UK, but don't know where tomorrow. Mountainbiker, but also enyoing the road more and more. I'm a bit obsessed by training knowledge, so if you know good websites about training, let me know. I don't train that much, but am very interested in how we can reach acceptable goals with acceptable amounts of training.
