My old man dropped my bike off its hanger and it landed directly on the Derailleur. :S
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to bend this back, or is it scrap?
Also one of the teeth off the pully is broken, can I run it like that, or does it also need to be replaced?

two cheap(er) solutions:
1. Find a worn out or broken derailleur of the same model to canibalize.
2. take your apart and hammer the plate flat.

I think this derailleur is aluminum....if that is the case you may significantly weaken or even crack the cage plate if going with option 2.
Both options are only relevant if it is possible to take the cage plates off in the first place.

You may be able to find a used or NOS replacement on ebay for not too much money.

OUCH! Between a vice and hammer, you may get it workable, but....weakened. AL does NOT take to working back and forth too much. eBay, CList, LBS, or the swap/buy threads in Classic Rides....may be your best bet. Don't know that I would trust it further than I would want to walk

Campy derailleurs of that era are fully rebuildable; the issue now is to find replacement parts. Yellow Jersey (mail@yellowjersey.org) in Madison WI may be able to help with this.

+1, Drill out the rivet/pivot pins.
2) don'd be shocked by how much the NOS repair parts auction prices are.

Given all the above, I'd say straightening it is worth a shot.

Depending on the particular alloy and its heat treatment if any, the part may well withstand the stress of being straightened well enough to maintain sufficient strength; I'd try straightening it via its pivots via scrap wood. Check the arm for cracks.

Remove the cage first.

I have repaired such damage on a NR derailleur and it worked fine afterward. You need to find a piece of metal to lay across the front plate so you don't damage it. Then place a small C clamp on the top of the bulge and across the plate. Turn the clamp lever until you have flattened out the bent rear plate; you will probably need to remove the cage to do this which is quite easy, especially of you remove the cage pin. You should also check that the parallelogram is not twisted; this is also repairable. Let me know if you need directions.

Edit: and you will need to replace the pulley wheel. The OEM run about $100 @ pair if you can find them. Soma makes a reproduction that is well made.http://store.somafab.com/sonujowh.html
