Introductions - Hi from West Kentucky

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
My wife and started riding recently. Before that I had just ridden around town. But it hit that I was sometimes riding eight miles a day and it didn't seem like much. Now we ride 15 to 20 miles at a tim. I know that's not much for some of you but she's 61 and I'm 55 and neitehr of us is in good shape. We have quickly become addicted to riding.

Welcome to Bike Forums!! You'll are doing just fine riding like that! Started out slow & gradually building up. From a 68yr old rider in TN.
Welcome toBike Forums.
You're doing fine. I'm almost 68 and started slow too. Now 12 years later I ride 30-40 miles a day on the rolling Terrain around Atlanta.
Stop by the 50+ forum and say hello to the other old timers.
