Found this on the web, ...Ask yourself "What was his intent opening the door as the car passed the bicycle?" If you ask me he had it coming to him, its CARMA He opened the door and hit the child who looks to be all of 10 years old, riding his bike(you can hear the contact of the car door hitting the bike) he is then pulled out the open door on to the pavment and into a parked car.
If anyone finds any more on this please post it

Disclamer: This video is not for the faint or weak.

Yah I think he did try to door the kid on the bike.
however, if you notice when he fell out of the car,
his head hit the parked car. . .
and why was it being videotaped? was the whole thing
some stupid "punk'd", or jackass trick?
either way, the kid who fell out of the car
probably was badly hurt. I don't think anyone
deserves that.

To quote the movie Unforgiven, "derserves got nothing to do with it."

Sweet Cosmic Justice is how I see it.

Yeah, that'll happen sometimes. You really gotta watch out for those door handles. They have a tendency to open the door.

If you check the video at the end, the other car had stopped and it rear lights were on, it looks like the car was going the other way when it happened. Most likely it ran over the kid's neck after his chin clocked the bumper.

I hope that videotape gets subpoenaed by the lawyer of the owner of the now-dented car.

The car with the lights on was the car the idiots were in
(I think). the car the kid fell into appeared to be an older
darker coloured model (red?). I don't think it was moving.

The kids face hit the rear of the brownish parked car. It seems the impact of hitting the cyclist near the fulcrum of the door forced it to swing open. What a jackass.

Oh yeah, the kid turned the camera back. Oh well, at least we had someone who got wasted. Good.

Well, I'm sorry if this seems insensitive but HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHA. You get what you give toughguy. Hitting a young kid (anyone!) on a bike with your door? He's lucky I wasn't standing there to kick in what was left of his skull

thats complete crap -anyone who tries to door a 10 year old in my opinion deserves to have their head repeatedly slammed on any nearby solid object and I would be happy to assist.

No, he didn't deserve falling out and getting hurt - he deserved to die!

If you remember, a bunch of teenagers knocked a priest off a bike a while back, he sustained a lot of pain and suffering, almost died, sued, and got 750,000 in damages.

if the guy purposely tried to injure someone it is perfectly acceptable to wish their death... now as to whether or not that fit well in this situation i do not know... BECAUSE NO ONE WILL TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED!!

Yea, they're parents got hammered, having to pay about $60k each. I hope these kids don't get off easy either.

It should show up on any job resume too.

This clip is really bad. Even worse than the one showing a mail order bride consuming her own feces.

For the record: I almost prefer if the dip$hit lives...you think his new face will be made of titanium?

oh snapple that was awesome!

Anyone who intentionally hurts children deserves whatever punishment and torture can be inflicted on 'em. This goes for dumb teenagers, priests, anyone.

It was a stupid kid and he probably got seriously hurt. He may have been stoned out of his mind.

Think! Maybe at that age you were just as stupid. Except now you are not f*cked up for life or dead. No, he did not deserve that.

uhh, he attempted with all intentions to hurt a child.

If that was your child he tried to hurt, would you feel the same way?

i completely agree with you, for you guys saying he doesn't deserve what he got, think about this for a minute, what if the kid(on the bike) had fallen and smashed his head in and been evenworse off than the one who fell out of the car. the guy in the car was obviously trying to hurt someone, you dont accidentally(sp?) do something like that

I know. I thought about that a while before I posted. I honestly don't know how I'd react, but I believe I should react with mercy.

"Maybe at that age you were just as stupid" No, I can say I was never that stupid, or had that little respect for the people around me. At no time did I ever feel I had a right to cause pain on some one just for the fun of it. Yea, I/we did some stupid things (Pontiacs don't float) but never did we think Hay! It would be fun to hit someone with a car.

It comes down to respect, They (4 people in the car) had so little for the people around him that it was OK to hit the child on the bike for fun, and to video tape it. then why should we show him any? Yes he may have been stoned out of mind, is that a defense for his actions?

But my feelings may be bias as I watch as A friend of mine was doored, the pick up crossed over into the on coming lane, the door swung open. But I guess thats OK it was done just for fun. My friend lucked out just broken ribs, bruses and broken teeth... yea hell that was fun.

I wish the driver would have fell out and smashed his head into a log truck. He was talking on the cell phone the whole time. He also was driving on the wrong side of the road. With intent to cause harm to the child.

What a loser! The driver should go to jail to!

Secondly, Does anybody see the possibility of the passenger being pushed out? It seems that the guy in baskseat passenger side was very close to the loser at the time this happened?

Truly a contemporary example of Darwin's Natural Selection Process at work...

Definitely a Darwin Award Top 10 Candidate....

Stacey

Doesn't "Darwin" require that the recipient be eliminated from the gene pool, either by death or in the event of that yahoo that used a .22 cal rifle shell for a fuse... sterilization?

Send him a letter telling him that he won the Darwin award and can pick it up at some address. When he gets there drive by real fast in an armored car and whack him with the door :p

Damnit. I told my therapist I wouldn't do this anymore.

I too thought it required the winner to be "mort" but, as you note, the guy who removed at least one of his "boys" with the .22 caliber fuse somehow got in. That said, unless I missed where it said the guy survived, I'd be really surprised if he did based on the impact that I saw.... not a lot of energy absorbing action going on there between his head/face moving along at 20+ mph and the bumper of that parked car that stopped it in a millisecond. I'm thinking DOA.

Ok I've been playing that in slow motion, it looks like the bumper hit his chest first.. he probably lived.. :(

I really think it's neck first. Maybe the force will be powerful enough to break every artery and nerves in the neck.

I have first hand experience handling an insurance claim where a Nissan truck (2WD) was driven over the head of a guy that had just seen the worst part of a drunken brawl. Tire marks on his face, the works. And he turned out surprisingly well after they peeled his face off and dug out the gravel, then put a few hundred stitches in his face. That one's going to stay with me a while. The point is that I wouldn't be surprised if this moron was ok. Disappointed maybe, but not surprised.
