Hi All,
I usually rode around 60 miles on the weekends, could be 20 on Saturday and 40 on Sunday or 60 on Sunday. During the week I usually rode one hour on Wednesday on the trainer.
A month ago I started to add some interval training on Tuesday and Thursday and started to notice an extremely tiredness the day after the training. I usually sleep around 7 hours, eat kind of healthy...It's been 4 days since the last ride and I am feeling OK, today I will ride around 1 hour....
I know I was suppose to be more tired due to the extra exercise, but how can I identify if the tiredness and lack of energy is normal for the extra exercise or it is something related to the need to rest more? Is this normal?
