Just wanted to say hello and let you all know that I'm 62 and this is my first forum. I enjoy cycling most of the year and commute a round trip of 40 miles about 9 months a year.
I'd really like to begin the planning on a trans-america ride for 2014...if I don't do it now (then) I probably will never do it. Heart attack survivor---6 bypasses and 2 stents in 1999...
