A guy over in the commuting forum did something similar with some foreign military surplus bags on an Xtracycle. I liked what he did enough to buy some bags of my own to put on the Xtracycle that I'll be building.

i like them.. i been looking for camo panniers but cant find any... ill score some military bags instead
