You guys should be watching rugby. No sleeping is possible, and the game is shorter.
It is a little-known US law that all sporting events have to last at least 7 hours to maximize concession sales and advertising time. They considered making halftime and the 7th inning stretch last overnight so they could charge even more for seats, but thought that was too excessive.

The Aggies scored 42 before halftime. It was far from boring. I almost felt bad, almost, when I got up to freshen my drink every now and then.

Watching Rugby at a decent club level is great! Especially if you bring good beer.
Pick the right clubs and you will likely meet current, future or former U.S. national team players.
