Hello my name is Jairo Castillo and I'm a senior student enrolled at Captain John L. Chapin High School as a pre-engineering magnet student. I’m conducting some surveys to gather information on concerns or problems related to bike lights. These surveys will contribute towards my final engineering project on product innovation for consumer research statistical analysis . 1. Why you are doing this and for what company/organization. I am doing this survey for my final engineering project that was assigned to me as a requirement for graduation. This is for the Pre-Engineering Magnet program at Captain John L Chapin High School.
2. Your role in the survey. I am the distributor and collector of the survey.
3. Approx how long will the survey take. Each survey is only 8 questions and it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to fill at most each one.
4. What you plan to do with the information provided by the participants. I plan on presenting the information to my class and teacher.
5. What you plan to do with the results. I plan to do a consumer research statistical analysis that will contribute towards the project.
