Does any one practice yoga anywhere near as often as they cycle? I've done it a few times, and would like to incorporate it into my daily routine. But I don't remember everything from the sessions.
Can anyone recommend a Yoga book that will get me into the basics and help me lay down a good foundation for more difficult stuff in the future? The smaller the book, the better, as I want to be able to keep it with me on tour.

Yoga is great for athletes. It stretches the muscles so you are more "flexible", which means you are less prone to injury. :) It is also an excellent way to free the mind and body of problems and stress. It makes you more aware of your body (and it's limitations ;) ) and you can learn to know and accept yourself.

Go to a book store and look through several books until you find one with the basic poses.

My wife found a book that opens up into something like small flipchart. It is nice because you don't have to hold it or flip through the pages. You can place it on a table or the floor beside you. If you need a quick "refresher" on the pose or how to change, just glance over at the illustrations.
It is entitled, "Yoga to Go, II" by Judith K. Feinstein. Published by MELCO, Portland, Oregon.
