I'm relatively positive that that frame was welded in Taiwan, not the US, but sixty dollars plus shipping sounds about right; I wouldn't pay more than seventy-five for it, though.

Chrome-plated, too; blingin'.

Search BMX frames on eBay and go to page 4 or 5 and look at the Schwinn frames. The price was so good I HAD to get one!!! I don't ride much street, but at THAT price!!!

$55.00 shipped for a brand new full 4130 frame with 990 mounts on the seat stays??? Hell yeah!

that gt is 7 pounds!!!(heavy) but for 60 thats about over the limit

A 7 pound frame is far from a tank. That frame would have been middle of the road in weight just a couple of years ago.
