Good choice. I've used Blackburn racks for years with zero problems. I trimmed that silly lip off the rear rack 'cause it interferred with my pack. The MTF looks like a smaller version of the rear. I ran their low rider on my DF. Need to sell it for postage as my DF days are over, thank goodness.

Originally got the MTF-1 for my hybrid, really liked it so I moved it to the touring bike. Hope it works out well for you also frpax.
The Blackburn website says the Low Rider rack will work in conjunction with the MTF-1, as luck would have it, my LBS owner had taken a Low Rider off of a clients bike that wanted to get rid of it, he gave it to me.
