Why wouldn't you think that it was a frankinstien bike worx mercury (http://www.frankinstienbikeworx.com/bicycles.html)? This looks vaguely like a shill post, but that bike so ugly I can't imagine anyone buying it.

In Philadelphia Alphas are a cheap ready to ride bike that you know is fine right out of the box(unlike anything from BD). I don't know why they exist in any other city.

$400 for that thing, and the specs doesn't have the tires or crankset listed. Kill it with fire.

Can we talk about this for a minute?:

"Mother was a Crusier, Father was a Fixie"

"Hipster Free Since 2003"

Also, that down tube decal:

I checkout the website for frankenstien. It's put together about as well as the stuff they're trying to sell...

Lets just destroy it all. Structure fires are always fun to roast marshmallows on as we somberly sing kumbayah.

I don't know if I'd trust a bike mechanic named Frankenstien.

The shop owner is a wingnut for sure. I loved watching him try to sell noseless saddles. It was a good time killer on slow days.

I'm just going to say keep this on topic.

In that case, end the thread because the op's question was answered in the second post.

I think Id rather roll noseless saddle than the one in the OP.

Until then. Mayhem.

interlude - does it say frankstein (as u say) or frankinstien (which hurts, really). Either way it's tragic.
