Ciao, I tried a few of the large US stores and they all come up with about $50-75 shipping fees. Taxes/customs fees would be added on to that as well. There must be something you can order in Europe, maybe from ProBikeKit in the UK, or in Italy. I have a Showers Pass jacket myself, and while it is a good jacket I'm sure there are others that you can get. I buy a lot of Pearl Izumi clothes, and they are available everywhere.

http://www.probikekit.com/eu/clothing/cycling-clothing/cycling-waterproof.html They sometimes have free shipping and are EEC based. There is a commuter rain jacket by Sportful that looks a lot like the Showers Pass jackets towards the bottom of the page.

If you know of someone coming over to this side maybe they can bring one back for you. I'll be going over to Milan in the next few months, but I don't really know when.

Showers Pass website shows several vendors in the UK. http://www.showerspass.com/dealer-locator

I don't know what kind of stock they carry and you may end up considering a man's jacket. I took a look at the probikekit.com website - those jackets do not have the same features as a Showers Pass, notably the lack of venting ( no pit zips) to carry away perspiration.

Check these out:

Good luck with your shopping!

you know... how women do.... I was looking for a jacket ...and I ended up with buying a couple of ortlieb front panniers ! http://www.probikekit.com/eu/accessories/luggage-transport/panniers-luggage/ortlieb-front-roller-classic-bicycle-panniers.html. the white ones . I will use them on my back rack.
I love this forum :-)
I love all of you! I will go on with my lurking here... with my shopping... and with my commuting I hope!
( Now a jump to the topic on women commuters... ;-) )

Is there some reason you cannot do a web search?

I'd be comparing direct from US , no VAT, and in Euro zone, pay VAT, Cambio, but less shipping.
