Bicycle Mechanics - Record 10 front shifter

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Bought a used bike with Record 10. I am new to Record but really like alot of the features as compared to Shimano. My front shifter does not spring back to the strait position when raising from small to large chainring. I assume the return spring is shot. I do not believe it is a binding cable. What is the campy part # and is it something I could fix myself? I tune my bike myself and am capable mechanically, btw. Any hep is preeshed.
