i sheared the front bolt off the grand cu seatpost. it has a 30mm setback, but i still have to put seat almost all the way back to get the proper pedal revolution. when it sheared off, i lost the washer and nut that goes with it. i hope velo orange can supply me with the parts i need to repair this. i would like to find website to buy these parts if velo orange can't come thru with the parts. any advice would be appreciated.
thank you pothound

Can you find a suitable replacement bolt, washer and nut at a hardware store? Unless there is a specifically shaped fitting, the parts should be standard items.

thank you the the bolts are threaded studs, the washers are convex shaped to fit the underside of a clamp assembly, the nut is standard hex nut.
my problem would be the stud and the convex washer.

I don't deal with them often but I understand V.O. has a great rep for good customer service. Call or email them and I am certain they will help you out.

This suggests, in the short term, you should call them on the telephone :
