Looks like some North Road style bars. What brand/model I couldn't tell you.

On-One Mary Bars or Soma Clarence? There are a few versions of the Origin8 Space Bar that are kinda similar too.

looks like an origin8 Space OR Off-Road 25.4
high polished, 25.4 clamp....they're a different shape/width than the more common Space Off Road II.
ALMOST looks like the Nitto B2522...I'd need to see the clamp area a little better to see if it's got the unmistakable Nitto style (but that bar has 0 rise, and op bar looks like it has some).
if you're wanting a swept back bar, check out the ahearne map bar....it's a cool bar, also.
