Hi - I'm looking to cross the US West to East in summer 2013. I did the US North to South (down Route 1/101) in 2009 on my own but this time think I'd enjoy it more with company.
I'm a reasonably fit guy and would look to average just 65 miles / day so nothing too speedy! I want to be able to enjoy the ride!

Anyone interested or have any advice on starting / ending points.

Adventure Cycling has 3.5 routes across the country; one of those would be a reasonable starting point. Their magazine also will let you advertise for companions. CG classifieds also has companions wanted ads, you could look over those or post your own.
