Just like the title says! Trying to carry a Nalgene, and I want to buy one or two of these cages! Anyone have the scoop?

My shop has several of them. Have you checked with your local Salsa Dealer?
I was under the impression there is no current stock available and the wait time is in May. Buy used? Or if you can find someones LBS that has them...

Original Profile cages stretch well I can cram Sigg Liter bottles in..
I have a Blackburn cage for 2L store bought water bottle use.
that one some what needs to have the bosses placed in the frame to fit in many Frames..
Ah this :http://salsacycles.com/components/anything_cage/
But Salsa is another QBP brand, so any shop with a QBP account can order them.
QBP has Contract manufacturing in Asia make their stuff, and the pre season order
determines how many are in the warehouse, to be shipped .

You can get them from the Adventure Cycling Association's online store cyclosource (http://www.adventurecycling.org/cyclosource-store/equipment/water-bottles-holders/sp/anything-cage/). It might be a buck or two more but considering what ACA does for us it's a small premium IMHO.

They are currently being redesigned. Thats why they arent in stock in most places. Personally, I would hold off until the new ones come out as the originals tended to break pretty easily

Hendricks97 is spot on. I had an order placed with QBP and they were backordered until the new ones come out.
