Mountain Biking - Anyone use these?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I was looking for fenders online and came across these...

Anyone run them and have a pic of them actually installed on a bike (yours or otherwise). I was wondering about How well they work and how they look installed. Thanks!

I have a set...but never use them. They ruin the look of the bike but work really wel.
I use a set of these (http://www.topeak.com/products/fender_001.html) on the commuter bike.

You're gonna pay for Toby's label.... 'Nuf said.
Been there, tried those, but Toby's aren't the best, trust me....
I have a pic of my K2 Beast w/ both front & rear fenders, but I'm not sure I can find it, sorry. (yes I'm working 8 dayz a week & my time's limited)....
My front THE fender cracked in ½ during a ride & I just left it.... $24 shot all 2 Hell. The rear ones l@@k stupid to me. Wanna buy mine?

I bought a THE front fender. It was on closeout for about $9.
I used it a couple times and then took it off. My trails are pretty dry, so I didn't have a need for it.
Plus the way my front disc line was run, it would push the fender to the left, so the few times I did ride with it mounted on my bike it wasn't doing a thing!
I've got mine tossed in a pile somewhere in my garage.

Will probably just keep it for the few times it does get soggy down here.
Sorry.
However, anything else you need?

They're a damn good idea for the Uk as the trails are never dry and no matter how hard you try, you always get muddy, i wouldnt buy them though because i hate fenders, they drive me nuts, getting muddy is half the fun of riding :)

Let me re-phrase my comment above. I love front fenders, and have them on 4 of my 5 bikes.... It's THE brand (pun intended) that sux IMO. The ones I buy are either HeadLand, Topeak or another brand that's thick plastic, not the CD case fragileness Toby uses....
