GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!!

I watched the whole thing. Funny thing is that my dad was in london and he watched it at a sports bar, and pretty much him and his friend carl are the only pats fans, and all the other people in the compnay are eithor eagles or other fans. I gave about 4 of them guilt trips before the game about how if the pats win that they shouldnt come crying to me becuase you AINT getting no sympathy from me!

Oh yes it is d-ddd-dd i-iii-iii -n-nnnn-nn aaaa-aaa st-sssst-ssttt e

No joke! I'm originally from Cleveland, so I still root for the Browns. The Titans don't have "personality" enough yet, I guess.

I spent 12 years in Massachusetts and the Browns are still my team. Screw the Pats!

So this might just be the best calendar year in Boston sports history!
We got the Red Sox World Series Championship in October, the Pats Super Bowl win this Feburary, and a year ago, the Pats were celebrating their 2004 Super Bowl victory!
I can't believe it. There may never be something like this ever again.

As Epirus said 2,800 years ago, another victory like this and I'll never have enough saved to get a Santa Cruz Superlite ;-)

I live in ground zero- Northeastern U campus. If Charleston, SC ranks as the most civilized US City, http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/01/14/polite.cities.ap/?section=cnn_topstories, Boston has to rank as the least civilized. It is well known that the universities are reluctant zoo keepers.

New England's 2004 Superbowl victory cost me $750 (1993 Saab 9000 trashed close to where a student was killed).

Red Sox's World Series victory cost me $600 (Saab mirrors whacked off with a baseball bat).

New England's 2005 Superbowl victory will cost me ~$900 (Saab buried in a snow bank had front end smashed by Northeastern U truck in its haste to avoid being towed by Mayor Menino's manic PR tow trucks).

I was thrilled by the smart athleticism of Brady, Branch, and Dillon. But another victory like this - and another "celebration" of the New England Patriots' "dynasty", I'm shipping my seven bikes and my ancient Saab (if it is not overturned and torched) to Charleston, SC ;-)

I had yesterday off work (Monday down here) and saw the Gridiron on TV. It's alright in small doses but jeez it does drag on for a while. Having said that, there is talk down here to create a quicker version of Cricket which will see the "One Day Game" reduced from about 8 hrs down to 3hrs. Not a moment too soon either.

As someone mentioned the Cheerleaders were HOT!, you don't see that at the Cricket.

CHEERS.

McNabb choked. Big time Poor clock management and he was forcing things. Can't believe those bozo's beat my Vikings. <shrug> Although T.O. was pretty amazing considering how "screwed" his leg was

Agreed. McNabb is really an excellent QB. It seemed whenever he got forced back by a blitz, he freaked out and just tossed the ball. I can't believe Owens was playing that well on his ankle. I have a small case of tendonitis and I'm flat out on my bed!

I second.

I was surprised they couldn't cover the spread, tho. Good for Boston! Wait, who was playing this year?;)

The clock management in the 4th quarter was dumbfounding. Between that and the lack of halftime adjustments (compared to New England), Reid was clearly in over his head.

I was pretty suprised when they got that last T.D. i was like SH*T how did that happen

He really needed to step up in that gmae, oh well :D

I thought To was going to be down in the first hit, very bad not getting the OK from his doctor but from the team coach.

It turns out that McNabb had a minor concussion from an earlier hit in the game. In fact he was holding down puke and could not call the plays...Freddy Mitchell was calling the plays for him in the huddle....

With that said...(being a die hard Eagles fan from Philadelphia)....I do believe the better team won that day....and.....that was one of the most exciting games I've watched in a long time... I couldn't have asked for more from my Eagles...I would've liked a win but having a chance to win the game with 55 seconds left makes for a great game... Hopefully it will be the same teams in Detroit next year...
