Hi guys and gals.

I'm having difficulty getting my J-hops dialed in. I mean I get the front tire up and when I try to get the back tire up the front tire just comes right back down. It's really p*ssing me off too. I try lifting with my legs and stuff it just ain't working. Please help. I wanna get airbourne. Thx.

You using platform pedals or clipless?

Try it with Platforms! Don't try to go big until you can clear a 2x4 on end and then just keep putting higher and higher obstacles to jump.

For some reason I can J-hop higher if I've got something to jump. If I just do it in the open, I can get about 12", but if I set up an obstacle I can clear 18" easy. Don't ask me why?

I'm using flats. That we canucks call'em ;)

I gotta try the 2x4 thing. I was thinking of an idea like that at home. Set up a piece of wood and knock it over until I stop knocking it over. Thx.
