Since i've been working on my abs and upper boddy strength i've noticed i'm standing a lot straighter. However i have a habit of sticking my bum out like a duck so my spine kinda curves outwards right at the bottom which is something the strength work hasn't helped how can i go about correcting this?

It sounds like you have a case of bulbous bummy-lonious. :)

Perhaps your thigh muscles are to tight, try stretching, both the hamstrings the quads and the calfes. Tight musclegrpups can give you an akward posturee

according to this magazine called "endurance" that they put out on campus, its from tight hip flexors that pull your pelvis downward against the pressure of your hamstrings.
