im just getting round to routing my brake cable/ housing and catn remember how the set up goes. I have two routes to choose from and am not sure which route to take. My bike the Specialized FSR comp '99 (full suspension) so anyone that has a similar model should be able to help me. T

The problem comes when choosing the route for the rear brake and the front derailleur, it seems plausable that either could take either of the routes. route 1) One cable runs along the outside of the frame, then to either the f derailleur or the brake. Route 2) the cable goes along the inside of the frame, then to the fd or the brake. i just need someone to tell me which cable takes the outer route and which the inner. there is a picture of my bike at my website:
