i am looking for shimano 105 and tiagra components online. where can i buy them? at nashbar, pricepoint, etc they only have ultegra and dura-ace listed. suggestions?

You can buy 105 almost everywhere, including Nashbar. Lickton's, Performance, Excel... they all carry 105. Tiagra does not generally seem to be packaged for retail sale for some reason. You can buy it (bikepartsusa.com, for example) but it's not cost effective; 105 through discounters is cheaper.
