So I got a new ebike to help assist in commuting to work. I have had it a few weeks but am kicking myself for spending the money on it. I haven't ridden a bike in years so I figured a bike would be perfect to help me commute the 8.9 klm to work. I likt that it helps we up the hills or when I get tired. I am in need of loosing weight which is why I wanted to commute. I love biking to work but have had issues with it. I can't get penners to fit because my bike seat is so low but I can't reach the floor if its any higher I can't realty reach the ground when its at the lowest. I naught it in Jan then they tried to make me pay an extra 300 because they upgraded the 2013 models, and I'm still waiting for the GPS which I paid for. Its heavy as hell. Its an I go urban , anyone else had similar issues

Sorry, there's not a lot that I can say since I'm not familiar with the bike.
Still, I'd urge you to keep at it. It'll be worth it. If panniers won't work, then try to find some way of carrying your belongings in a duffel bag strapped to your rack.
And you'll find other DIY ways of making things work as you go along.
Best of luck.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay? I've seen them on sale for under $1100 but they sold out quickly. They are supposedly pretty powerful bikes. Have you tried buying a different seat saddle for it?
