BMX - Bottom Gyro Cables

I am run a gyro real soon but i dont know wat bottom cable to use i was thinking of buying two seperate cables the ones u use when u dont have a gyro the single cables and cutting them down so i can have dual bottom cables

any ideas any tips or sugestions on wat cables to buy

Get the Odyssey Brake Line cables. I have them upper and lower and they work great, their cheap to; only 9$ at Dans.

I use the best brakes ever made,Odyssey Evolvers. I use a Odyssey GTX Gyro in case you wanted to know.

Josh, the part you are looking for to run dual brake cables, if your frame doesn't already support dual cables, is the Odyssey London Mod. Then you get two cables...

Personally I have used Slic Cables (from Odyssey) as well as Brake Line cables and I find the Brakeline cables to have issues much quicker than the regular Slics. Whatever cable you get, you MUST lightly grease it before you install it. No brake cable from the manufacturer (almost) ever is properly lubricated.

Tri-Flow is an inner cable's best friend.

I have One Lube which is also a silicone based lubricant. Just awesome. If you have access to the cable though you should use a true bike grease (any 'grease' will do actually) and rub it into the cable. Very, VERY thin coat of grease on the entire brake cable.

Also, grease your lever where they move and put grease onto any points that may cause friction along the braking path. Grease your U-Brake mounts, grease the spring inside your brakes, grease the connection point that rotates with the wire on your brakes.

Anything you can't grease, hit with Tri-Flow/One Lube.
