Today I went to White Clay creek in Delaware it was very fun for about an hour and then I fell and bent my derauiller because I could not clip out fast enough. Is there any way to possibly buy a regular pedal, drill two holes in it for the clips and then clip it in to the clipless pedal? Like a platform to clip into a clipless? I do not want to use my cliplesses all of the time so I want to do this. Is there an axel inside of a platform so If I drill holes through the pedal will it ruin it? Please give me some suggestions. Also, my lbs is so cool they fixed everything for free.

You can buy clipless pedals that are made like that. Ironically, this thread's just a few below yours:

I'm sure there are similar alternative products available as well.

yep, crank brothers mallett or maybe even candy. Though your probably better off with the mallet. CB makes the best pedal, no question about it in my mind
