freewheeling, bicycle sport shop, and ozone are all decent....depends on what you're lookin' for. if you want to do your own repairs but don't have the tools, can't beat the yellow bike project.
Freewheeling is definitely worth a visit.

got my wheel at IRO... great price and great service
went to freewheeling for a cog... the only one they had in 17t was the older surly that really looked like poo and they charged 37.50$ for it... so i ordered an EAI for 22.50$ from business cycles
Although they cater to the fanboy...
Nelo's Pro Cycles (on Anderson and Shoal Creek) suprisingly carries EAI cogs for 23 bucks.
