It's just like riding a bike :)

Hey I took off about 10 years riding fixed but fixed was the first real bike I ever had so it burned deep into the neurons of my brain. It took me approximatlly 17 seconds to remember how to ride and one pulled out in front of me car to remember how to stop ;)

I never rode a fixie until I bought my Langster, it was easy except for the first time I went down hill, forgot I couldn't coast and my feet went flying out of the toe clips, I had brakes though so nothing evil happened.

The first time I rode a fixed was when the pawls in my freehub decided to seize. Luckily, I had clipless pedals, so the bike couldn't buck me. When I got on my new fixie, it was a similar experience when I tried to coast the first time. I love my clipless pedals.
