Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
your right side??..doesnt your shoulder get sore? which side do you sleep on??
Why would you just sleep on one side? The only time I've ever done that was when I had an injury.
I sleep on each of the 4 sides at different times throughout the night.
Yes. I sleep on my left side. And yes. My left shoulder get sore. Then, I roll to a different position until I wake up from pain. Then I move to another position.. REPEAT...

You have a switch for your sides? "On" "Off" and "Wow, that feels good?"
Back and forth from left to right all night long.

Yep, I use all 4 sides most of the time. My shoulder gets too sore otherwise. Except, when I have heartburn. Sleeping on myleft side usually helps relieve the heartburn.
