I was looking through eBay for a friends and came across this

I feel very sorry for anyone who buys this thinking they will be getting a real iBook, and the person doesnt have any feedback yet. What a **** he/she is.

I was also wondering if eBay has a 'report' function or something similar to report things like this? Or are they perfectly legitimate?

It's misleading somewhat. He's not selling an "iBook" but rather an "eBook" (electronic book or digital book) that will help you purcahse an iBook for $40. There is the Security Center (http://pages.ebay.com.au/securitycentre/?ssPageName=f:f:AU). That might help you identify it as a questionable and misleading sale.
