Does anyone have any info for racing on Long Island. I am purchasing a new bike shortly and am very interested in racing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

don't know much about the long island scene, but there are a number of races in prospect park and central park during the spring and summer months. a good site to go to is:
racelistings.com
you might be able to find some races closer to you.
