"Drop 'em"? You mean lose them by riding faster than they can or popin' a cap on them?

When I ride with less experienced riders I usually take it easy with them. Real novice riders don't seem to realize I'm going easy on them and they'll attack on a hill or something. When that happens I feel it is my duty as a more experienced, stronger cyclist to teach them a little humility and drop them like a bad habit.

PhattTyre,

The chickens definitely have large talons. And it is your responsibility to teach newbs a lesson. Even if it's me.

I'm slow and can't drop anyone. So I wait until we get to a rest stop. Then I toss their bike off a cliff and ride away. This way no one ever annoys me more than once.

I checked with my wife. She was ok with it, but my inflatable girlfriend said no.

I dropped my brother a while back on a hill. He was riding on the bars and I couldn't keep the bike moving uphill anymore (damn my 10yr old skinny legs).

LOL! That is freaking sweet! Well, as long as I'm paying enough attention not to throw my bike over.
