I have seen a inflatable lifesize man for car pool lane(your inflatable doll works too). I have seen the paint that makes red colored no-parking zone into parking allowed zone. People are very creative.

The fake handicapped placards are popular around here. I haven't seen anyone try fake PSC decals yet.
