When riding, seems like when I am really pushing it on the dirt, I get a really soar tendon in my right knee only. I don't know what the tendons name is but on my right knee, the farthest one on the right, on the back-side of my knee. Hurts like hell when riding and is real soar for several days after a hard ride. Any suggestions, seat height, position, ect..

Actually sounds more like a hamstring strain. Everyone has one leg shorter than the other, usually bu a couple of mms, that causes us to favour one leg over the other when walking, running or cycling. That can be a cause of occasional hamstring strain.

Tyhe other thing is that cyclists usually have under-developed hamstrings. You might want to make sure you stretch before and after every ride, and do some hamstring strengthening exercises.

Stay off the bike for a couple of days. If the pain persists, go see a doctor or a physiotherapist.

It seems to happen mostly on Mountain Bike rides when I am pushing harder. I do stretch pretty well before, and after all my rides.

I had the same pain in 1 leg for a couple months after buying a new bike with 5mm longer cranks. Not for sure if it had anything to do with the cranks, but I lowered my saddle about an inch hoping not to do more damage to the hamstring and the pain went away after a week or so and has never returned. I have never raised my saddle back up either...

It sounds like you are developing tendonitis. You want to make sure that your seat height and fore-aft postion is ok. Next you will want to check your cleat position. Cleat positioning is usualy the key to elmiminating knee problems. Also you want to remember to stretch your quads, hamstringsand calves before and after evry ride. You want to stretch each leg at least 3 times for 20 seconds, before and after your ride. A lot of times knee pain is also caused by muscle imbalance. So make sure you get those muscles nice and loose. If it bothers you enough you could take an aspirin before your ride. You also want to ice your knee after each ride for around 30minutes. Knee problems are pretty common with cyclists, just look at Jan Ullrich. I hope this helps you out.

Is your saddle position too high, and is your right leg perchance slightly shorter than your left? You should not be locking or hyperextending the knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
