I got two of the ones you listed last year. Instead of replying to them, I contacted E-Bay's security department, and they verified these are crooks, trying to obtain credit card numbers.

E-Bay is worth billions of dollars and has a lot of clout with the FBI. Yet, as far as I know, not one person has ever gone to jail for using E-Bay's name to obtain credit card numbers. Some sorts of crimes seem to pay, and pay well.
