I'm working on a little project of mine right now, and I need a 20" bmx frame for it.
The end product will look like this http://www.bikecult.com/works/archive/03bicycles/gt20G.html but will hopefully be much safer due to the use of strong cromo parts without any sketchy hillbilly hacks (the sissy bar will be safely bolted into place).

I pretty much need a reccomendation on a nice strong bmx frame with as long a top tube as possible and preferably a high bottom bracket. The main dilemma is choosing whether I want a new style frame made of 4130 or an old school chrome frame from the 80s. I'm thinking AL will be too weak and may crack at the seat tube eventually. Anyone see anything that I should be watching on ebay or craigslist or something? Thanks!

I really have to ask why you'd want something to look like that...

Hey guys I finished this project up. I used an old Haro group one race frame. Check it out here: http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?p=1032653
