Anyone here work in the Inflatable Dome industry, by any chance?
As winter plods along, we here in metro-Detroit have the double pain of not being able to ride on the road OR the boards.
For you uninitiated, that's a 44-degree banking in the turns.
You haven't lived until you've ridden a lap of this monster!
is that the place in manchester or rochester or whatever? bloomer park? i didn't make it last year, but i really want to go this year. do you know about when the season starts there? i'm really excited about going; both to watch some races and ride.

Have inflatable domes been used in this application before?
I would think humidity/condensation could be a problem, but then again, I know nothing about this ****

There's a dome in Vancouver, I think.
We're dreaming here because it's over $1m.
Friday nights in the summer at Bloomer Park are the most popular viewing nights because of the Madison Racing they're doing. It's pretty insane.
And despite having no really big guns, it's quite exciting.
Their website is http://www.velodromeatbloomerpark.com
Right now, it's under a foot of snow.

Oh...sorry about that. Here in SoCal we've got double the pleasure...usaully nice weather, but then in the case of an abnormally wet winter (currently we are having the 3rd wettest in history), we have the new covered ADT Vel.

I here it's in a pair of trucks somewhere but the next step would be to ride the infamous Vandedrome.
