I have noticed that my right cleat is more loose in the look pedals than my left one.

That is, when I shake my right foot a little it has a little play sideways and seems a bit loose. but my left foot has barely any play.

It doesn't affect my pedaling at all, but I was curious. I tried making various adjustment to the cleat and the pedals but didn't do anything.

Have you tried adjusting your retention system, Amir, or is this just a normal variation in the way a mass-produced item fits and operates?

I would worry about: 1) positive retention when I want my foot to stay on the pedal; 2) easy, quick release when I want to remove my foot from the pedal; 3) enough rotational play to permit me to rotate my foot into a knee-friendly orientation (maybe the left is too tight?). If these three conditions are being met, you should be fine.

I have the EXACT same problem. I thought it was just me. The tension on both pedals is the same and doesn't matter if one is different than the other. It kinda bothers me as I ride. I'll keep posted to see if anyone has an answer.

Holy crap, I didn't realize what a incoherent post this was. Did some editing right now. I'm surprised anyone understood what I was talking about.

Anyways, it is fixed now. It turns out that when my LBS was putting on the cleat, on one shoe they had it as the "fixed position" and the other in the "free ARC'.

I'm very new to this, so I dunno what the heck the difference between the two is. I just realized the problem by checking out the manual. Also, the manal says that for begginers it is best to have it on free ARC.
