One day, a squirrel was relaxing on the branch of a pine tree. Suddenly, he felt the tree shake and heard noise coming from the bottom of the tree. Looking down, he saw a cow climbing up the trunk. The squirrel had never seen anything like this, and was very curious. When the cow got close enough to talk to, he asked, "Hey, cow, why are you climbing this tree?"
"Hello, squirrel," replied the cow, "I want to eat some apples!"
Chuckling softly, the squirrel said, "I hate to tell you this, but you're climbing a pine tree."
"I know. That's why I brought my own apples."
