Bicycle: The History by David Herlihy was published by Yale University Press about 4 months go.
Herlihy is a Harvard educated historian and former member of the Harvard Cycling Club. His book is now widely regarded as the best bicycle history book ever written and it is lavishly illustrated.
I think the bikers of this forum will find it an enormous reading treat.
I bought several of the books to give away. I consider it one of the best books I've ever read and I've read a few books in my more than 1/2 century of living.
