Whats up guys? Im kind anew to this i used to have a dyno NSX when i was younger, and about a month ago i decided to get a new bike, ive got a Haro Supra Frame, and im gonna try to build it as muc hby my self as i can. I got some peverty POW 3 piece cranks, instead of 1 pc's... i had thos on my dyno and they bent and popped and made weird noises so i just went with some 3 pieces this time. but my guestion is what is the proper way to install them? ive looke it up and some places say u have to tighten one side before the other, sometihgn abotu a pinch bolt i dunno.. any way, yea, can u guys help? liek i said im pretty new to this...

also, i need to get a chain wheel, but it looks liek it takes one with a 18mm hole, shoudl i ge teh 19mm? or do they make ones with 18mm holes? any one know what size i need?

I'd imagine the Poverty cranks have a 19mm axle, that or it's imperial 3/4" which is 19.05mm, is it sealed bearing? if it is you should be able to get the axle size from the bearing number. Most aftermarket sprockets are larger than 19mm and come with a top hat spacer to fill the gap, make sure it fits tight on the axle and in the sprocket ot it will come loose a lot.
