Hey-
I'm new to this forum from several others and I can say that this is the best on yet. I'm from southern New Hampshire and am an Avid mountain biker/XC racer and a newbie to road riding. I've been involved in biking for many years. Currently I ride a Schwinn Moab 3(Pre buy-out) with several upgrades (XTR brakes, levers, clipless, etc). For the road, I have a newly purchased Lemond Nevada City, which I am very happy with so far. I wasn't sure how I'd like road biking, but I'm thinking I'm going to like it a lot. Thats pretty much me. I look forward to posting in the forums. :D

Hey MoabRider!

Welcome to the forums. Where in NH are you from? My wife was born in Peterborough (sp?) and we went up there to visit family about 4 years ago! What a beautiful place! We were able to cruise around the state, but spent most of our time camping in the White Mountains. We took the bikes, but didn't ride a whole lot. Seems like you gotta know where to go or have someone take you. We were busy hiking to all the waterfalls anyways! Plus, we finished our trip by stopping in NC and spent another week mostly riding!

How do you like your LeMond? I bought a Zurich last November and love it. I'm a mt. biker primarily, but decided to start riding road again to help with my endurance. I find I'm really starting to enjoy my time on the road. (not nearly as much fun as a tight twisty singletrack though!)
