:D :D :D hey all you old school bikers check this out ive been readng and sitting on this my (father is the man that made cw/lightning frame ) ive heard reports of this frame wanting to make a come back. i have all my dads prints and ive been in the fabrication end for 15+ years ive told him for years that we had a good idea back in the day so now the son needs to take charge of this.I do have 3 of my original frames that we have been sitting on and one complete races bike that ive been working on for my daughter.so if there is steel some people out there that might want one of these frame let me know because im in the mood to make a few for some people that might blow this frame up again (the old man had a good design) so let me know MY#is 909-900-2036 cell(we have the original desgin dont be taken like a CHUMP if you want the best then drop us a dime( frames are going to be a few weeks out but they will be worth the wait)LET ME KNOW SITTING ON SOME GOODS :) :)

that frame wasn't a good idea then and it's still not a good idea. what's the point of it? to look different? if memory serves me correctly, and I'm sure it does, those frames cracked faster then normal CW frames.....

they are collectors items, that's about it.

Current bikes are made to much higher standards than the bikes from the mid-80's. It's like bikes then were given a bunch of little gadgets to make them look cool, instead of actually perform better and be stronger. Weight was ALWAYS priority one, even when the bike was made for freestyle instead of bmx.

A cool collectors piece for sure, but no 990's, not the best design, underbuilt where it matters, and a silly Z in the frame for looks, but no performance enhancement.

CW was definitely part of the game and it's a fun frame. I would be psyched if I was collecting stuff like that. But, not if I was looking for a serious frame to ride. It just doesn't cut it.

ill post pis of my frame as #1 of the z frame and my (new style z frame ) soon ill take all comments but you never know old age might have met new age thanks again guys im just having fun because i like building things

email me i came up with the original dezine , we can talk about this as far as the doubting thomas s screw them the bike is cool , rad in those days The bikes were made to race not freestyle and bounce around As the owner of CW told me the frames were coming back to CW like trucks ran over them Peace brother I do stilll have 3 frames my boys raced the frames for over a year with no fatigue ive seen gts powerlights torkers jmcs and pks have fatigue problems its the nature of lightweight bikes wild kids and kins the size of men it is stilll a good looking bike
