Can someone recommend some good stretching exercises for after a long ride?

When I commute, I'm okay after my ride in, because I'm up and walking around for the next few hours. But I get home lateish, with achy knees and calves, and generally just want to read my e-mail and go to bed. Of course, I wake up with my legs feeling like rubber and concrete, and knees that don't want to bend. Wish I knew some specific moves to loosen them up...

Calves, hamstrings, quads... any leg stretches. Lower back and glutes, too.

I find that walking does the most good to relieve tight mussles for me. A couple blocks is all that it usually takes. I also like to stretch my thighs by grabbing my ankle and pulling it up towards my butt.

I find that after a long ride, I like to go for a walk- usually after dinner. It really feels good and gets the muscles relaxed. It flushes lactic acid out of your muscles. Stretching is ESSENTIAL. I get lower back pain if I don't adequately stretch my hamstrings!
