Anybody use theses? They look like a product that would work for me. I see lots of pro athletes wearing them although some are for show I'm sure.

They kick but. I used to use them, but you look like a complete idiot and they are expensive. If you go that route ... be sure to buy some rubbing alcohol ... clean your nose where the sticky part makes contact and let it dry. If you don't, the strip will come loose when you work up a good sweat.

Thanks for your reply. You know the manufacturer claims these things help with snoring too.

How do these things work? What do they do? I've seen them on Ullrich and others and I have always wondered what kind of benefit they are deriving from them.

They enlarge your nasal passages (when placed properly ... just behind the flare of your nostril) so you can pull more air in ... also assuming you breathe properly when you ride. A bit like ramair on the old GTOs.
